Feel your best at World Health

Regan Gray, RMT

Philosophy:

It is not selfish to treat yourself. Massage therapy has many benefits other than reducing muscle tension. Stress comes in many forms and is the leading cause, of many harmful symptoms, both physically and mentally, that our clients face every day.  Living a happy healthy lifestyle reduces stress, with regular massage therapy being a big part of that.  Whether you make the time weekly or monthly, you are doing good for YOU.

Client Base:

Regan is passionate about her career as a massage therapist and feels it is important to educate her clients about body awareness. Treating a wide variety of clientele, with symptoms from headaches, stress, neuromuscular issues, sciatica, TOS, and MVA clients, along with clients who just want to relax. (Remember, you don’t need to be in pain to make an appointment!)

Healthy living and fitness is a priority in Regan’s daily routine. October 2009 was her first time in the Alberta natural bodybuilding championships. She will be training through out the year of 2010 for up coming events. While training for her competitions, she hopes to inspire others to take charge of their lives and show it is not hard to make small changes to live a long and healthy life. Regan walks her talk, taking the time for a massage is important in her life too.
