**Please book stone massages no less than 4 hours ahead of time to allow for appropriate prep time.
For each massage, the therapist will discuss with you the goals of treatment for each session along with a treatment plan consistent with your short and long term goals.
Please note, session times include assessment, treatment and time for clients to settle on and off the treatment table.
