Respecting our time
At Massage at the Club we value both your time and our therapists'. When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time for you and ONLY you and turn away anyone else wanting that appointment time. We NEVER double book and do our best to be ready for you when you arrive.
Because it is often difficult to fill an appointment time on short notice, we have implemented an 18 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Missed appointments are costly to us and other patients who could have attended during that time. Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service and worse, we are prevented from providing care to someone else in the time slot that was committed to you.
If on any occasion your therapist has to cancel your appointment on short notice, you will be offered a complimentary treatment to make up for any inconvenience. If your therapist happens to fall behind schedule, the full treatment time will be provided to you, or if you have time constraints, the duration and fee for your appointment will be adjusted accordingly.
Missed Appointments & Cancellations
Because of our commitment to you and the understanding that from time to time things come up, our policy is simple.
If you're unable to keep your appointment, you must provide us with sufficient notice at least 18 hours* prior. You can do so in a few ways:

- reply to the reminder notice sent to you 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time
Phone and email messages are checked regularly, so please leave a message if you call.
If you fail to provide sufficient notice, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked.
If you are booking within this 18 hour time frame, we ask that you be sure that you can make the appointment, as the same policy will be applied.
If you have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention.
