Our Policy

Respecting our time

If you are experiencing any symptoms please contact the clinic to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible so our therapists are able to fill it in a timely manner. CANCELATION AND NO SHOW POLICY IN STRICT EFFECT.

At Massage at the Club we value both your time and our therapists'. When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time for you and ONLY you and turn away anyone else wanting that appointment time. We NEVER double book and do our best to be ready for you when you arrive.

Because it is often difficult to fill an appointment time on short notice, we have implemented an 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Missed appointments are costly to us and other patients who could have attended during that time. Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service and worse, we are prevented from providing care to someone else in the time slot that was committed to you.

Please refrain from brining any visitors with you for your appointments at this time to comply with the AHS requirements. If a child is coming in for an appointment a parent may accompany them, only one child per guardian for appointments. We ask that everyone uses the provided hand sanitizer upon entering the facility. You will notice that our therapists are using Personal Protective Equipment to ensure their safety. All guests will be required to wear a mask. You are asked at this time to bring your own mask.

No magazines or complimentary water will be available at this time. We would prefer to minimize access to our public washroom. Please plan to use the washroom prior to coming to the facility to reduce its use. Despite all these changes please know that we are excited to have you return and provide you with some much needed care. Our first priority is to keep everyone safe and we know you will support us in navigating these new procedures.

Your appointments are very important to us at Massage at the Club. We recognize that not all of life's unexpected events come with advance warning, however we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. Last minute cancellation will be charged a 50% of your booked service . No shows will be charged the full price of their service.

If you're unable to keep your appointment, you must provide us with sufficient notice at least 24 hours prior. You can do so in a few ways:

Phone and email messages are checked regularly, so please leave a message if you call.
